Mr. Reynolds' video explaining Owner Carry or Seller Carry Back financing made home buying easier. Without this information I would have been lost in the process but it gave me the confidence to deal directly with the sellers. Understanding the difference between legal and equitable title became invaluable and as a result I close on my home next week. Although Mr. Reynolds did not broker my purchase it would not have happened had I not viewed his video. Thanks Daniel.

During our pursuit of finding the perfect home in the northeast valley we called Daniel inquiring about a home he had advertised on his web page. We told Daniel we were unhappy with our current representation and that we needed to find a home to purchase and move in before the beginning of school, which was in 6 weeks time.
Not only did Daniel listen intently to our home buying needs, he worked around the clock, searching for homes that based on our feedback, might be suitable. He never got discouraged, and never expressed concern about not having a contract with us, he seemed solely concerned with finding the right house, that met all of our criteria. I remember at one point feeling stressed about how little time we had left and I said that I didn't know how we could possibly find a home in our limited amount of time. To which he replied, "Well, we better get busy then!" With unceasing fortitude and clarity, of which I have never seen before from any realtor, he diligently pursued the task at hand.
After spending just two days in town over the Fourth of July weekend he brought us to the house we purchased and helped us in negotiating a fair and decent price. He then carefully guided us through the buying process and with his attention to detail and his ability to continually move things ahead through the escrow period, we were able to close and move into our new home, 4 days before the start of school. I am very grateful to Daniel for his help and would recommend him with confidence to anyone purchasing real estate, knowing that he would do an exceptional job in any real estate climate.
