DC Ranch Golf Course Information

The golf course at DC Ranch was designed by Scott Miller, one of today's leading golf course architects. This par 71, 6,864-yard course features four tees on every hole, catering to players of all skill levels. DC Ranch is one of the newest communities in Northern Scottsdale so it has yet the opportunity to boast of the rankings that other courses in the area can, but we expect that to change as golf reviewers and enthusiasts take their turn at DC Ranch.

Golf Club Membership Cost & Membership Information:

Golf membership cost: $120,000 full

Membership initiation Dues $725/mo

Sport Social membership $27,500-limited

Golf Dues $475/mo

Clubhouse membership $10,000

Montly Dues: $300/mo - No waiting List

Equity:100k or lesser of 100% initial deposit or current membership fee



Membership is capped at 400 members. Members who move out of the community can retain their memberships. A Sports Social Membership is also available for $35,000. The Sports Social Membership allows six individual rounds of golf between January and May, and unlimited golf throughout the balance of the year. Green fees apply. A Clubhouse Membership is also available for an initiation fee of $15,000. The Clubhouse Membership includes use of the clubhouse's dining facilities, as well as tennis and swimming.

DC Ranch has many panoramic views located next to McDowell Mountains and is home to a private golf course located in Scottsdale. There are four communities, all nestled next to green parks. Other types of dwellings in DC Ranch include luxury condominiums, and luxury apartments.

DC Ranch has two community centers, which include a tennis court, basketball court, Olympic size pool, and a fitness center. There are many scenic trails located in DC Ranch which all lead to select dining and shopping.

Another private community lies at the bottom of the McDowell Mountains called Silverleaf. amenities to these homes include:The Silverleaf Club and Spa, which is an exceptional experience.

The Parks at Silverleaf which consists of eleven different parks encompassing Silverleaf Homes.
